People get stressed out because the try to do more than they can manage and get frustrated buy their own expectations and what they think others expect of them.

What do people normally do to try to alleviate stress? People often resort to drugs as a way to reduce the negative feelings they have of themselves.

What are some positive ways to reduce stress in your life? You can join an after school program with your friends like basketball or computer club so that you are working our body and mind in a positive way.



What is the problem and what are some possible solutions?

The problem is that teenagers have a hard time dealing with stress and they often make bad choices to reduce it. Students need to consider alternative ways to cope with stress like after school programs at schools and parks. These after school programs could be in sports, art, or computers whatever is your personal interest.
